CMF by Nothing has just released the Headphone Pro, its first-ever over-ear headphones, bringing its playful design approach and customizable style to a new level in the audio world. Building on the brand’s Color-Material-Finish (CMF) philosophy, these headphones combine a fun, colorful aesthetic with the clean, minimalist look Nothing is known for.
The Headphone Pro comes in Light Grey, Light Green, and Dark Grey finishes, and one of its standout features is the option for interchangeable ear cushions, letting users personalize their look and comfort with ease.
Launched just two months after the Nothing Headphone (1), the new model naturally invites comparisons. Both offer hybrid active noise cancellation that blocks up to 99% of background noise, but the CMF Headphone Pro takes the lead in battery performance. It provides up to 100 hours of playtime, compared to the Headphone (1)’s 35 hours with ANC on (or 80 with ANC off).
In terms of audio quality, the Headphone Pro is Hi-Res Audio certified, supports the LDAC codec, and integrates smoothly with the Nothing X app for both Android and iOS users. While the Headphone (1) is tuned in partnership with KEF for a more premium sound signature, the CMF Pro focuses on longer use, durability, and customization — and does so at a more affordable price.
