Just before the NBA Finals tip off, designer Salehe Bembury has revealed a brand-new basketball sneaker — the PUMA Hali 1, made specially for Tyrese Haliburton of the Indiana Pacers. This is Haliburton’s first-ever signature shoe, and it’s launching in style during the biggest games of the season.
The design of the Hali 1 is both bold and meaningful. Salehe Bembury, known for his unique style, brings a creative touch inspired by his love for sneakers and basketball. The shoe’s upper features a textile material with small circle patterns, while the side has a wavy overlay that extends from a large PUMA logo at the heel.
Haliburton’s personal logo appears on the tongue, adding a special touch to the design. The sneaker also comes with Nitro cushioning for comfort, a textured midsole, and a semi-clear outsole with a big letter “H” visible — clearly representing Haliburton’s name.
The debut colorway, called “Hibiscus,” uses shades of pink to give the shoe a fresh, eye-catching look. It’s designed to stand out on the court, especially when Haliburton wears it during the Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Fans can expect to see the PUMA Hali 1 in action starting tonight in Game 1. The shoe will officially release in September 2025, so keep an eye out for more news soon.
