New Balance is back with a fresh update to its unique 1906L sneaker loafer, this time in a fall-ready “Khaki” colorway. Blending the comfort of a sneaker with the sleek style of a loafer, the 1906L has become a fan favorite since it first appeared in collaboration with Junya Watanabe.
This new version sticks to the classic 1906L look — featuring a breathable mesh base, layered with suede and leather overlays for a stylish, textured finish. It also includes the signature heel cage from the 1906 line for added support.
The color palette is perfect for the cooler months, with rich khaki, brown, and olive tones throughout. You’ll also find small hits of black on the “1906L” text, NB heel logo, and the outsole — adding a clean contrast to the earthy colors.
While an exact release date hasn’t been announced yet, this “Khaki” edition is expected to launch in Fall 2025 through New Balance and select retailers. The price is set at $160 USD.
