Nike SB is teaming up with Bronx Girls Skate to release a special edition SB Dunk Low this holiday season. The collaboration celebrates the collective’s mission of uplifting women skaters in the Bronx and around the world, while also paying tribute to the culture and energy of New York City.
The sneakers feature a bold black stingray leather upper paired with a crisp white leather Swoosh. What makes them stand out is the colorful piping across the silhouette, inspired by the NYC subway system. Each color represents different subway lines:
-
Orange for the B and D trains
-
Green for the 4, 5, and 6 trains
-
Red for the 1 and 2 trains
Extra details include a metallic gold “NY” charm on the heel, a nod to the old subway token, and graffiti-style “BXGS” graphics stitched inside the tongue. The outsole also carries train-inspired motifs and a “GS” stamp, while the lace dubraes feature engraved branding. To finish, co-branded laces arrive in both black and white, with the full collab title stamped at the lace tips.
The design perfectly blends skateboarding culture with New York City’s street energy, making this drop more than just sneakers — it’s a story of community and identity.
