Salomon has partnered with Hangzhou-based store Xsneaker to release a new XT-Whisper sneaker. The design is inspired by the misty hills and traditional architecture of Shangtianzhu in Hangzhou.
The shoe comes in soft tones of wheat, gray, and green, creating a calm and natural look. At the toe and heel, light gradients blend into a golden wave-shaped Sensifit™ frame. This detail represents drifting fog and sunlight breaking through the forest—symbolizing hope and exploration.
Beyond its unique design, the XT-Whisper includes Salomon’s trusted performance features. The Sensifit™ cradle keeps the foot secure, while the EVA midsole adds comfort for long wear. A durable rubber outsole gives traction for both city streets and light trails. Quick-pull laces make it easy to adjust, and protective overlays ensure lasting durability.
The XT-Whisper will first appear at Xsneaker’s pop-up event in Hangzhou’s West Lake district on September 13, followed by a wider release on September 19, 2025.
