Vans and S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA. Add Bold Paint Splatter to Classic Sneakers

Vans has teamed up again with S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA., the fashion label by artist Sterling Ruby, for a bold new sneaker collection. This time, they’ve taken two of Vans’ most famous styles — the Old Skool 36 and the Authentic 44 — and given them an artistic twist with eye-catching paint splatter patterns.

Both shoes come in a bright yellow canvas base, covered with black blotches that look like splashes of paint or abstract art. The unique design gives the sneakers a creative and edgy vibe. The laces are white with black text that reads “S.R. STUDIO LA CA,” showing off the special collaboration.

While the design is new, the shoes keep their classic shape. However, one important upgrade is the Vibram outsole, which offers better grip and makes the shoes more durable.

The Old Skool 36 keeps its famous molded toe cap and strong sidewalls, while the Authentic 44 goes for a more minimal look with a smooth toe and clean details. Both versions blend artistic expression with streetwear style.

If you’re a fan of unique fashion and sneakers with an artsy touch, this collab is worth checking out.
