Havaianas Teams Up With Zellerfeld for First 3D-Printed Flip-Flops

Havaianas is taking its famous flip-flops into the future with help from experimental footwear brand Zellerfeld. For the first time ever, the Brazilian icon will release a fully 3D-printed sandal, merging its classic, laid-back style with advanced technology.

The design keeps the familiar flip-flop shape but adds a bold twist — an intricate open-lattice structure that’s printed in one piece, from the sole to the strap. This makes the sandal lightweight, strong, and visually unique. A textured footbed and a curved forefoot give it extra comfort and support, while the style stays true to Havaianas’ colorful, summer-ready vibe.

Made using Zellerfeld’s additive manufacturing process, these flip-flops will come in a range of bright, Havaianas-inspired colors. The release shows how even a simple, everyday shoe can become a standout design piece when reimagined with cutting-edge techniques.
