The Jordan Legacy 312 Low is getting a fresh new look inspired by one of Michael Jordan’s most unforgettable moments — the time he shattered a backboard during a dunk in a 1985 exhibition game in Italy. This special edition is called the “Shattered Backboard”, and it’s set to release in Summer 2025.
This sneaker mixes parts of three iconic Nike shoes — the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 3, and Nike Alpha Force Low — to create a unique hybrid design. It features a clean white base with bold orange on the toe box, outsole, and parts of the strap. Black overlays add contrast, and the lower panels include the famous elephant print from the Air Jordan 3, giving it a classic touch.
There’s also a bold “NIKE” strap across the front, giving it a retro basketball vibe. For comfort, the shoe includes a visible Air unit in the heel, perfect for everyday wear or hooping.
This colorway isn’t just stylish — it tells a story. The “Shattered Backboard” theme celebrates the moment MJ smashed a glass backboard with a dunk, showing his raw power and passion for the game.
