ASICS is giving its classic running shoe a fresh new look with the upcoming GEL-CUMULUS 16 “Floral Pack.” Known for comfort and performance, this 2014 sneaker is making a comeback in two fun floral styles.
While ASICS has worked with designer Cecilie Bahnsen in the past for flower-themed shoes, this time the brand is creating its own in-line floral versions. Both new sneakers in the pack feature eye-catching flower graphics printed over yellow and black backgrounds.
Each pair uses a synthetic upper with semi-clear overlays. One pair mixes silver and black overlays, while the other goes for a full black-on-black look. A fun design change is the cord lacing system with a flower-shaped toggle instead of normal shoelaces, giving the shoes a modern and playful twist.
We don’t have an exact release date yet, but these floral kicks are expected to drop sometime in 2025. You’ll be able to find them at ASICS stores and select retailers, likely priced above the old $115 USD mark.
If you like sneakers with a mix of style and comfort, the ASICS GEL-CUMULUS 16 “Floral Pack” could be your next favorite pair. Stay tuned for updates!
