adidas is releasing a special sneaker inspired by Bruce Lee and his legendary fight scene with basketball star Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the 1978 movie Game of Death.
Called the Bruce Lee x adidas Jabbar Lo “Game of Death”, this new sneaker brings back the classic Jabbar Lo in a bold yellow and black colorway, just like Bruce Lee’s famous jumpsuit in the film. It features personal touches like Bruce Lee’s signature on the side and a silhouette of him on the heel, making it a perfect tribute for fans of both martial arts and sneakers.
Inside the shoe, the sockliner includes graphics inspired by Game of Death, and even the packaging celebrates the film’s legacy. This collaboration honors not only Bruce Lee but also his unforgettable connection with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who appeared in the film’s most iconic fight scene.
The shoe will release on August 30 for $110 USD, and you’ll be able to grab it from adidas and select sneaker stores.
Whether you’re a sneaker collector or a Bruce Lee fan, this pair is a striking blend of sports history and cinematic legacy.
