Casio is back with another bold timepiece to celebrate its 50th anniversary — the CRW-001G-9JR Gold Ring Watch. This new version follows last year’s CRW-001-1JR but comes dressed in a shiny gold-colored ion plating, making it both a watch and a striking piece of jewelry.
Just like the original, the CRW-001G-9JR is made from stainless steel using advanced metal injection molding technology. Its monocoque body and glass bonding structure improve durability and airtightness, ensuring the ring is waterproof for daily use.
Despite its small size, the watch comes with a 7-segment LCD display that shows the time, date, seconds, and even dual time zones. It also features a stopwatch function and a unique gentle flashing light that blinks at set intervals. To make sure it fits comfortably, Casio provides two adjustment spacers (size 19 and 16) in addition to the standard size 22.
The gold finish makes this model stand out as both a tech innovation and a fashion accessory, offering wearers a futuristic yet stylish statement.
The Casio CRW-001G-9JR is priced at ¥22,000 JPY (approx. $150 USD) and is available now through a raffle on Casio’s website until October 6.
