At Geneva Watch Days, Zenith and USM Modular Furniture unveiled their new collaboration – the Defy Chronograph USM collection. The partnership brings together Zenith’s watchmaking expertise and USM’s iconic modular design style.
The watches come in a 37.3 mm stainless-steel case, keeping the bold octagonal shape and 14-sided bezel of the original DEFY. Each model is available in four dial colors: USM Green, Pure Orange, Golden Yellow, and Gentian Blue. The seconds hand has a small USM-style ball joint filled with Super-LumiNova, adding both function and a touch of fun.
Powering the watch is Zenith’s famous El Primero 400 caliber, which runs at 36,000 vibrations per hour and provides a 55-hour power reserve. The sapphire caseback reveals the open rotor with both the Zenith star and USM logo.
Only 60 pieces per color will be released, each priced at $11,800 USD. To make it even more special, every watch comes in a custom USM Haller–inspired case, combining structure with design elegance.
