Valentino Garavani and Vans have teamed up for a new collaboration designed by Valentino’s creative director, Alessandro Michele. The collection transforms the classic Vans Authentic low-top sneakers into a playful mix of skate culture and high fashion.
Michele describes the project as a way of breaking boundaries and blending worlds. He calls it “a dreamlike and surreal fresco” where nature, patterns, and bold graphics collide. The campaign even features water imagery to symbolize fluidity and change.
The sneakers keep the traditional Vans canvas uppers but add Valentino’s unique spin with bright, artistic designs. There are six different styles for both men and women, including:

Monogram checkerboards in green with palm tree silhouettes or in full black and red.

Checkerboard with bold red polka dots over black and white.

Technicolor prints across canvas panels.

A standout “I Love Valentino x Vans” print, inspired by souvenir graphics.
