The Gallagher brothers are back at it again, not just on stage but also in the world of sneakers. Liam and Noel Gallagher from the legendary Britpop band Oasis are teaming up with adidas SPZL for two special, Japan-exclusive sneakers. Each brother chose a different SPZL model to put their own spin on, keeping their playful rivalry alive.
For Liam, the Achille SPZL gets a fresh burgundy upper, paired with black suede overlays on the heel, toe, and eyelets. Beige stripes and heel tabs add contrast, while the zig-zag striped sole design gives the shoe a bold finish. This version follows Liam’s earlier Khaki colorway release in August.
Noel, on the other hand, went for the Marathon SPZL. His version comes in a mostly black suede base, highlighted with red stripes and heel tabs. A smooth white midsole completes the look, giving it a clean and modern touch compared to Liam’s rugged Achille design.
Both sneakers are part of a two-pack exclusive to Japan, dropping on September 24, 2025. The timing is perfect, as Oasis is also heading to Tokyo for two reunion shows on October 25 and 26, making this release extra special for fans.
