Piaget has introduced two new watches in its Altiplano Ultimate Concept collection, both dressed in an elegant mix of yellow gold and khaki green. These ultra-thin timepieces show the brand’s mastery of blending fine watchmaking with jewelry-like design.
The first model is the Altiplano Ultimate Concept Tourbillon, an incredible watch measuring only 2mm thin. Its case is made from cobalt alloy, which also serves as the base for the movement — a technical achievement rarely seen in watchmaking. The movement inside, the caliber 970P-UC, is beautifully finished with polished and brushed details, and it carries Piaget’s motto “Always do better than necessary” engraved on the back. To complete the look, the watch comes with a khaki-green calfskin strap in a new “Polish Mesh” weave pattern.
The second model is the Altiplano 910P Automatic, which measures 4.3mm thick. This is the first time Piaget is offering it in yellow gold. It features a khaki green dial paired with a matching alligator strap, and inside beats the ultra-thin 910P movement, complete with a peripheral rotor. Like the Tourbillon, it also carries the same cross-shaped design on its dial screws, tying both models together.
