Brain Dead and adidas are back with their boldest sneaker collection yet. A new preview from a Paris showroom gives us a first look at their Fall/Winter 2025 (FW25) collaboration — and it’s packed with eye-catching designs and rare models.
The lineup includes updated versions of Barricade 13, Taekwondo, Climacool 2, and a brand-new model called the Brody King. This time around, Brain Dead brings their signature creative twist to every shoe — think bright colors, metallic materials, fuzzy suede, psychedelic graphics, and unusual textures.
Let’s break down the sneakers:
-
Barricade 13: A modern performance shoe now redesigned in shiny silver mesh with yellow accents and a wild ultraviolet suede version. It also features a slanted lace design that adds to its unique look.
-
Taekwondo: A slick laceless shoe inspired by martial arts. It comes in silver and black leather versions with a futuristic feel. One version even has a label that reads “Brain Dead Systems” on the tongue — giving it a techy, corporate style.
-
Brody King: This brand-new silhouette is a real standout. Inspired by 1980s Japanese boxing boots and Mexican wrestling gear, it features flame-like overlays and bold design choices that scream energy.
-
Climacool 2: Back after nearly 10 years, this version uses knit textile uppers with small slits for breathability. It comes in green/yellow/silver and a more neutral beige colorway. One cool detail: the tongue features a warped Brain Dead logo inside an air-filled cushion.
While these shoes may come from different eras and sports, they all come together under Brain Dead’s creative vision — blending retro flair with modern edge.
There’s no exact release date yet for the Brain Dead x adidas FW25 capsule, but sneaker fans should keep an eye out. These are shaping up to be some of the most daring designs from the duo so far.
