A Closer Look at the Air Jordan 3 “Seoul 2.0” Releasing This May

Jordan Brand is bringing back South Korean pride with the upcoming Air Jordan 3 “Seoul 2.0”, a fresh follow-up to the 2018 version. This new pair is set to release on May 17 for $200 USD, with early access in Korea starting May 10 via Kasina.

The “Seoul 2.0” features a clean white leather upper, with bold details that honor South Korea. The South Korean flag is proudly displayed on the tongue of the left shoe, while the right tongue shows the Korean word “꿈,” which means “dream” in English. The design also includes Nike Air branding in black on the heels and red and blue accents around the collar.

Some updates from the first version include an off-white midsole, a new gray outsole, and two-toned elephant print on the toe and heel. Though we don’t yet have a full view of every detail, we know the sneaker blends classic Air Jordan 3 style with meaningful Korean elements.

Spotted on BTS member J-Hope, the sneaker has already gained attention ahead of its launch. Expect the Air Jordan 3 “Seoul 2.0” to drop on Nike SNKRS and at select stores, with high demand expected — especially among fans of both Jordan and K-pop culture.
