Nike and Hyperice are teaming up to release the Hyperboot, a high-tech sneaker designed to help athletes warm up and recover faster. The Hyperboot will be available on May 17 and priced at $899 USD, available at Nike, Hyperice, and select retailers.
The Hyperboot combines two advanced recovery tools: heat therapy and air compression. Using Hyperice’s Normatec air bladder technology, the boot gently compresses the foot and ankle while also providing three levels of heat. This helps loosen tight muscles, improve blood flow, and reduce soreness — all while keeping the user mobile.
The temperature and pressure settings can be adjusted with simple buttons on the inside heel. Users can sync both boots for the same settings or customize each foot individually. The goal is to help athletes feel more flexible and ready to perform — whether before or after a workout or competition.
Track star Sha’Carri Richardson, who helped test the Hyperboot, praised it for improving her warm-up and recovery time. “As a sprinter, every millisecond counts,” she said. “Having my feet and ankles already activated truly helps me prepare to perform at my best.”
The Hyperboot is part of a bigger collaboration between Nike and Hyperice, which also includes a tech vest that offers heating and cooling without ice. The vest helps control body temperature during warmups and cooldowns, making it perfect for training or travel.
With the Hyperboot, Nike and Hyperice are taking sports recovery to the next level — blending comfort, technology, and mobility in one innovative sneaker.
