Bad Bunny’s partnership with adidas continues to grow stronger, and this time it’s going full throttle with a new collaboration featuring Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS, the Formula 1 powerhouse. Together, they’re bringing a sleek and sporty twist to the Adiracer GT, a low-profile silhouette that blends racing inspiration with streetwear appeal.
After the duo celebrated their fifth anniversary with the Adizero SL 72 “The Archive,” the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS x Bad Bunny x adidas Adiracer GT marks the next chapter in their creative journey. First seen at the Bad Bunny x adidas Archive exhibit in Puerto Rico—where over 100 collaborative sneakers were showcased—this design immediately caught attention for its futuristic, automotive-inspired aesthetic.
The Adiracer GT stands out with its TPU cage overlay that cleverly forms adidas’ iconic Three Stripes on each side. The colorway blends neutral hues like Branch, Sand, and Cinder, offering a sophisticated mix of earthy and mechanical tones, while subtle touches of yellow highlight its racing DNA. Co-branding details appear on the toe tag and sockliner, nodding to the collaboration between Bad Bunny, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS, and adidas.
Performance meets design in this release — the model’s streamlined shape, breathable upper, and lightweight build are ideal for everyday wear, while still exuding the energy of motorsport culture.
While adidas has not yet announced an official campaign, the sneaker is expected to release on October 15 via adidas and select retailers, priced at $160 USD.
