UGG has teamed up with YOON’s Tokyo-based label AMBUSH for a daring new capsule collection that blends comfort, streetwear, and high-fashion edge.
The collection features five standout footwear designs, all elevated with platforms and heels to match YOON’s signature bold style. One of the highlights, the UGG AMBUSH Heel ($650 USD), is covered completely in fur, creating a dramatic and stylish look. Meanwhile, the UGG AMBUSH Woven Boot and UGG AMBUSH Boot reimagine UGG’s iconic shape with chunkier builds, using full-grain leather, luxe sheepskin, and soft nubuck for a premium feel.
YOON explained that the designs draw inspiration from Tokyo’s Shibuya district, where the unique fashion scene left a lasting impression on her. “The boots and shoes I often saw when I first moved to Shibuya have always stuck with me, so this is my love letter to the neighborhood,” she shared.
The campaign film features Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba, who wears the chunky boots in a bowling alley showdown, while his opponents rock the statement-making heels from the collection.
The UGG x AMBUSH collection will be released on September 12, available both online and in select stores worldwide.
