A. Lange & Söhne has introduced two new limited-edition watches that combine advanced mechanics with classic design: the Richard Lange Jumping Seconds and the 1815 Tourbillon “Grand Feu.”
The Richard Lange Jumping Seconds is returning after nine years, this time in a 39.9 mm white gold case and limited to 100 pieces. Its pink-gold dial features three overlapping circles for hours, minutes, and seconds. The central seconds hand makes precise one-second jumps, powered by the L094.1 caliber with a constant-force escapement, jumping-second mechanism, and ZERO-RESET function. An indicator turns red 10 hours before the 42-hour power reserve ends, helping ensure accuracy until the very last moment.
Alongside it, the 1815 Tourbillon “Grand Feu” stands out with its jet-black enamel dial inside a 39.5 mm platinum case. At 6 o’clock, the one-minute tourbillon includes stop-seconds and ZERO-RESET for exact time setting. Its hand-wound L102.1 movement delivers 72 hours of power, using untreated German silver bridges decorated by hand. A diamond endstone in a gold chaton highlights the craftsmanship. Limited to 50 pieces, it is the fifth 1815 Tourbillon and the twelfth enamel-dial watch in Lange’s modern collection.
Both models highlight A. Lange & Söhne’s mastery of precision engineering and artisanal finishing, reinforcing the brand’s place among the leaders of haute horlogerie.
