Salehe Bembury is finally dropping his first sneaker with PUMA, and fans won’t have to wait much longer. His new design, called the PUMA Velum, will make its debut at Paris Fashion Week on June 25, 2025.
This is Bembury’s first lifestyle sneaker with PUMA since he joined the brand’s Hoops department last year. Known for his colorful and creative designs, he’s bringing that same energy to this new silhouette. The Velum features a bold orange base, accented with brown, yellow, red, and gray — a mix of warm and earthy tones that Bembury often uses.
The sneaker includes PUMA and Velum branding on the tongue, and there’s also co-branding on the heel, similar to what we saw on earlier teaser versions of the green colorway. The design reflects Bembury’s signature touch — vibrant, layered, and ready to stand out.
While the Velum will first release at a special pop-up event in Paris, a global release is expected later this year. This launch follows Bembury’s recent reveal of the PUMA Hali 1, the debut signature shoe for NBA star Tyrese Haliburton.
