Nike is getting ready to release the Air Max 1000 “Oatmeal”, a cutting-edge sneaker that blends modern design with classic comfort. Expected to drop in Summer 2025, this new model pushes the limits of what a sneaker can be, thanks to 3D-printing technology from Zellerfeld.
The Air Max 1000 has no laces and no stitched panels. Instead, it features a fully 3D-printed upper, giving the shoe a smooth, sculpted look. The “Oatmeal” colorway keeps things clean and simple, using soft beige tones across the entire upper. This lets the unique design and structure of the shoe shine.
Adding a bold contrast is the bright red Air unit at the heel. It not only gives that classic Air Max comfort but also adds a pop of color. On the side of the Air unit, you’ll spot “Air Max 1000” and “FUTURE” branding, with a special nod to Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman.
Other small details include a debossed Swoosh logo at the midfoot, a technical heel tab, and a lightweight build that hugs your foot for a custom-like fit. The outsole is flexible with strong grip, making the shoe comfy and stable for daily wear.
And there’s more — this shoe is made with the planet in mind. Its 3D-printing process helps reduce waste, making it a more sustainable choice for sneaker fans. It also proudly carries a “Made in Germany” stamp, showing off its premium quality.
